Emergency responders called to injury at new Texas Rangers stadium in Arlington
Arlington FD Engine 8, Truck 1, and Arlington EMS medics are on scene of an injury at the new Texas Rangers stadium construction near the 700 block of Stadium Drive.
Reports indicate a person at the construction site suffered a head injury.
The department’s technical rescue team was requested to the scene, but was disregarded. Two ambulances responded.
There is no word on the person’s condition.
Update – Here is a statement from Arlington FD: “At 11:09am, Arlington Firefighters responded to the construction site of the new Texas Rangers stadium for a reported injured person. Two adult male individuals were transported to a local hospital for further evaluation and treatment. The extent of the injuries is unspecified.”
