Woman found dead in front yard of Parker County house
The Parker County Sheriff’s Office and Texas Rangers are investigating a suspicious death at a home between Springtown and Azle.
During the afternoon hours, Parker County sheriffs deputies responded to a home in the 6000 block of Midway Road near Highland Circle after family members called officers to check on a woman at the house. When law enforcement arrived, they located the body of an adult woman in the front yard of the residence.
The medical examiner has not yet publicly released her identity or ruled on the cause of the death. Parker County Sheriff’s Office say the circumstances surrounding the death are “suspicious in nature,” but did not provide details on her injuries.
The investigation is still ongoing.
