Police looking for man who murdered ex-girlfriend in Grand Prairie

The Grand Prairie Police Department is looking for a 32-year-old man who allegedly stabbed and killed his ex-girlfriend in Grand Prairie Wednesday afternoon.

At around 3:30pm yesterday, Grand Prairie police officers were called to an apartment in the 2400 block of W. Pioneer Parkway for a stabbing incident. When officers arrived, they located the victim, a 25-year-old woman, deceased from multiple stab wounds.

Investigators have determined that the suspect (pictured below) and the victim were at the residence when the stabbing occurred. Both had been involved in a prior dating relationship, police say.

Ricardo Nevarez-Suarez is currently wanted for his ex-girlfriend’s murder. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 972-988-TIPS (8477).
