Accident (Ft Worth) Engine 17 along with MedStar EMS are working a major accident involving two vehicles in the 4900 Block of Fair Park Blvd. Engine 17 advising the driver of one vehicle has took off running on foot from the accident scene. Reported as an African American male wearing a dark colored shirt and tan shorts.
