Theft from Richland Hills Elementary

(From the Richland Hills PD) There was a theft from Richland Elementary on 2/5/13, where a white male entered the school during a PTA meeting and stole office equipment from the school. School security cameras captured this suspect entering… the building, entering a classroom, and leaving the building with the stolen property. This suspect has not yet been identified.
