Accident (Southlake) Engine 402, Truck 401 along with Southlake PD are working a two vehicle major accident at 2100 W Southlake Blvd at Davis Blvd. PD advising of two vehicles with major damage, one occupant reported trapped in a vehicle. Second Ambulance requested to the scene.
