Show your Rig #23 (Elmo Fire Rescue in eastern Kaufman County) Engine 1 is a 2004 Eone/Freightliner, 375 hp Mercedes diesel engine, five speed Allison transmission, 1000gal tank, 1250 gpm Hale pump. It also has hydraulic rescue tools, EMS …supplies. Used as first out on structure fires, second on MVA’s. Engine 2 is a 2008 Pierce/IH. Navistar engine, Allison 5 speed transmission, 1000gal tank, 1250gpm Waterous pump, hydraulic rescue tools, EMS supplies. Used as first out on MVA’s and mutual aid calls, second out on structure fires. Brush 1 is a 2007 Ford F350 home made with slider unit. 300gal tank, 18hp Briggs and Stratton engine/pump. Squad 1 is a 2008 Dodge Nitro EMS/Command unit. It carries EMS supplies, command board.
