Shots Fired (Murphy)
Info from the Murphy PD Facebook page:
At 11:40 a.m., MPD working shots fired call in the 500 block of Windward Dr. near Tibballs Elem. Tibballs is in lockdown mode. MPD and WPD officers searching area for suspect. No other facts at this time.
UPDATE:
12:58 p.m. MPD and WPD officers have not found a suspect in the area. A complete search was conducted and it is believed that any suspect that might have been in the area has departed. The lockdown and Tibbals Elem has been lifted. All clear. One bullet casing found at the scene but no projectile. Investigation continuing.
