Accident (Keller) Quint 582, Battalion 58, Truck 584 along with Keller PD are on scene of a major accident at 1400 Keller Parkway at Keller Smithfield Road. Command requesting a total of three ambulances to the scene. Mutual aid Southlake.
UPDATE – PHI Med 8 landed at the scene of this accident and airlifted the patient to JPS.
