CareFlite Launch (Rendon) Around 7pm, CareFlite 6 was launched to a reported stroke patient in the 5600 blk of Oak St in Rendon. Rendon Medic 26 was unavailable due to another call, so Kennedale EMS Medic 59 responded. CareFlite landed in a field off Mitchell Saxon Rd. and airlifted the patient to JPS.
