Shooting (Highland Park)
Shooting (Highland Park) Officer involved shooting in Highland Park off Mockingbird Ln and Airline Dr. near SMU campus. All HPPD officers OK. HPPD had a motorcyclist detained before he tried to escape custody. Police shot and hit the subject. Subject was armed and reportedly shot out a HPPD squad car’s window.
