Accident (Tarrant County) Lake Worth and Azle Fire are working a major accident with extrication in Lakeside. Did not catch the location, possibly near FM 1886 and FM 730 area. Extrication in progress on the patient. Careflite 6 will be on the ground in 1-2 minutes. A2
