Double drowning (Carrollton) Two victims have been pulled from a pond behind La Hacienda Ranch restaurant at IH-35 & Frankford. Both patients were non responsive & CPR in progress on both. Originally called for Careflight x 2 but was cancelled. Patients were transported to Baylor Carrollton & one to Lewisville. This post is delayed approx. 35 minutes. A2
