Accident (Westlake) Medic 481, Engine 481 on scene of a four vehicle major accident on west bound Highway 114 at Davis Blvd. Medic 481 reporting heavy damage to all vehicles and needing additional Ambulances to the scene. Engine 481 also advising to launch Careflite to the scene. Mutual aid from Southlake and Trophy Club. A2
