Major Accident (Lewisville) 1000 Block State Hwy 121 Tollway Westbound (between I-35E and Marchant Dr.) E165 and M165 on scene with a vehicle rollover. 2nd vehicle involved fled the scene towards Grapevine. E165 requesting E166 respond to assist in blocking multiple lanes of traffic.
