2 Alarm Structure Fire (Grapevine) 2215 E. Grapevine Mills Cir.  Grapevine FD on scene with smoke inside of the Applebees Restaurant.  Reporting customers and employees are all out of the building and units are still searching for the source of the smoke.  Possibly a fire in the vent system.  Mutual Aid enroute from Lewisville and Flower Mound.
