Motorcycle Accident (Dallas) 9800 N. Stemmons Frwy. – Dallas PD rolled up on a major accident where a motorcycle rear-ended a vehicle. Accident is on the SB service road of Stemmons just south of Northwest Highway. Following the accident, the vehicle fled the scene. Accident investigator, DFR, & DSO requested.
