FRISCO, TX – All 911 lines to the Frisco Police Department are down at this time. The source of the problem is unknown and there is no current timeline for repair.
All 911 calls coming in to the Frisco Police Department are currently being rerouted to the McKinney Police Department and then transferred back to Frisco Police Dispatch.
Citizens are urged to contact the Frisco Police Department directly on the non-emergency line at 972-292-6010 in lieu of dialing 911 until repairs can be made.
