Show your Rig #136 – Emergency Support Service of Johnson County

Show your Rig #136 – Emergency Support Service of Johnson County – This is Rehab 88, a 1996 Ford E350. It responds to large incidents with at least two specially trained volunteers in bright safety yellow shirts. This compact rig is packed full of specialized Rehab equipment. It has misting fans, a six man cool vest rehab active cooling system, awnings, benches and BLS Medical supplies including AED. When it arrives on scene, the volunteers interact with the firefighters by monitoring their condition and giving them the best in cold water, sport drinks and snacks. It also has an ample supply of Chief Randal’s Famous fire scene beef jerky!!! They do not claim to have the flashiest rig in Johnson County, but when it’s over 100 degrees and Johnson County’s bravest are working an incident in the county, they are the favorite truck of all times! Remember, if you have any good quality fire, EMS or Police vehicle you would like to see featured on DFW Scanner’s rig of the day, send your photos to jeffhooper1@gmail.com and john@dfwscanner.net and we will put them in line to “show off your rig” A2
