Entrapment Accident (Collin Co)
Entrapment Accident, Dual Rotor Response (Collin Co, Melissa area) Melissa, Anna, and Westminster FDs are working a major head-on collision accident with entrapment on Hwy 121 near FM 455. PHI Med 2 and CareFlite 2 both inbound to the scene. Extrication in progress on both vehicles involved. Hwy 121 closed in both directions.
UPDATE – CareFlite 2 airlifted 1 patient and Collin County EMS transported 1 by ground with CPR in progress. PHI Med 2 did not airlift
