Shots Fired / Foot Chase (Dallas) 2200 blk Ross Ave. – Officer witnessed unknown suspects in an SUV fire shots into a crowd near listed location. While attempting a traffic stop the suspects bailed from the vehicle & fled on foot.
UPDATE – 2 in custody.
