Stabbing (Alvarado)
Stabbing (Alvarado) Today at 6:46 a.m. Alvarado Police, Alvarado Fire, and Careflite Ground and Air responded to a stabbing in the 200 block of E. US 67. The stabbing stemmed from a fight between two females (age 44 and 53). During the fight one produced a knife and stabbed the other in the chest. The suspect was taken into custody for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and the victim flown to JPS Hospital, with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries.
