Shooting (Dallas) 2600 block S. Harwood St. – Dallas PD arrived on scene & found one person deceased in the parking lot behind a club. Officers are preparing to set a perimeter & keep traffic from entering or leaving the area, crime scene tape & CAPERS (Crimes Against Persons) Homicide requested.
