Major Accident (Lake Worth)
Engine 10 and MedStar are on scene of a severe accident on westbound 820 near Azle Ave, reports of a vehicle vs bridge support. CareFlite has been launched for at least two people with serious to critical injuries.Engine 15, Engine 25, Quint 12, Quint 13, Battalion 3 and Squad 2 from Fort Worth FD also working the call along with multiple law enforcement.
Update – MedStar ground transporting to Cook Children’s, serious injuries. One other patient to be airlifted, critical.
