Officer Involved Shooting (Dallas)
*Delayed for officer safety – Dallas PD is investigating an officer involved shooting that occurred between 9:30am and 9:45am this morning in the 3500 block of Virginia Blvd near Richmondell Ave. According to scanner traffic, an officer advised shots had been fired at an unknown type situation in the 3500 block of Virginia Blvd and requested an ambulance for a suspect down. SWAT was called in for the possibility of a barricaded person. Dallas PD now reports the location has been cleared. The investigation is currently ongoing.
