Fatal Shooting (Arlington)
The Arlington Police Department responded to a death investigation in the 2200 block of Ridge Run Road around 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 14, 2017. A neighbor called police after a young child had come to the neighbor’s residence to report his mother was not responsive. Officers arrived on scene and located a woman in her mid-20’s deceased with an apparent gunshot wound. The young child was unharmed.
Investigators are processing the scene and searching for clues that may have led to the shooting death. Anyone with information is asked to contact Homicide Detective Caleb Blank at 817-459-5735.
