Plano PD has closed northbound and southbound Preston Road between Hedgecoxe Road and Rasor Blvd, just south of 121 for accident investigation. Units were dispatched to a crash with person unconscious around 8pm tonight. Engine 8 reported at least two patients, one with major injuries.
