ATV crash in residential area of Frisco kills one person

The Frisco Police Department is investigating a fatal crash involving an all-terrain vehicle.

Frisco police and fire departments responded to the 5900 block of Wallis Drive around 4:30am and found an all-terrain vehicle had crashed. One person was deceased on the scene.

According to Frisco PD, the investigation has revealed there were three passengers riding a four-wheeler ATV down an alley way near Wallis Dr. The operator lost control of the ATV and crashed into a retaining wall, killing one of the riders and injuring the others.

There were no other vehicles involved in this crash. The cause of this accident is not yet known.

No further information is set to be released at this time.
