Perot Museum in downtown Dallas closed today due to employee death on-site
The Perot Museum was closed today following the death of an employee at the museum.
Around 8:35am this morning, Dallas police officers and Fire-Rescue personnel responded to an incident at 2201 N. Field Street regarding an injured person.
When emergency responders arrived, they discovered a deceased male in his locked office room. Preliminary reports indicate the death was a suicide. The incident occurred before the museum opened.
There was heavy police presence throughout the morning while CSI investigated the scene and the Dallas County Medical Examiner retrieved the body.
