Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to a investigate an object in the roadway near 1200 Record Crossing Road near Cushata Lane.
Upon arrival, they found a frozen canister in the roadway, possibly leaking some type of hazardous material.
HazMat was requested to the scene. Plano Fire Department’s hazardous materials team responded to the scene.
