Suspected DWI driver crashes into wreck scene on the Tollway, kills good samaritan
At approximately 2:37am this morning, DPS highway patrol troopers and Dallas Fire-Rescue were called to the scene of a major accident on the Dallas North Tollway at Forest Lane.

One of the men who was assisting the occupant of the Jeep died at the scene. The other was seriously injured and transported to Parkland by Dallas Fire-Rescue. The driver of the Jeep was not seriously injured, but transported to Parkland as well.
DPS Troopers continue to investigation this crash.
