UPDATE: 22-year-old man dies from injuries sustained in Parker County crash
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed a 22-year-old male from Azle has been identified as the victim from Wednesday’s fatality crash.
Multiple agencies responded to a major accident with possible entrapment Wednesday afternoon in the 6300 block of FM 51 near Veal Station Road. The crash involved a pickup truck and a commercial truck.
The driver of the pickup truck was transported to JPS Hospital in Fort Worth, but the injuries were too severe.
