Multiple medical helicopters headed to multi-extrication crash near Glen Rose
Multiple agencies including Granbury FD, Indian Harbor FD, Pecan Plantation FD, Texas EMS, and law enforcement are on scene of a major accident on Highway 144 between Granbury and Glen Rose.
The crash is on Highway 144 / Glen Rose Highway at Mitchell Bend Highway. Reports indicate multiple people are in need of extrication.
Command has requested three (3) medical helicopters to the scene. Major injuries reported.
All lanes of Highway 144 are closed in this area.
Update – Two of the helicopters are airlifting patients into Fort Worth. The third helicopter is landing now.
