UPDATE: Driver dies after overturning Lamborghini at high speed in Dallas
Dallas police say a 36-year-old driver died late last night after crashing a Lamborghini at a high rate of speed.
Dallas police and fire responded to the scene in the 10800 block of Plano Road near Miller Road at 10:28pm.
Traffic investigators say the vehicle was traveling southbound on Plano Road at a high rate of speed when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle drifted to the right, struck the curb and wooden electric pole, and overturned multiple times before coming to rest on its top in the parking lot of a business.
The driver died at the scene.
