UPDATE: One confirmed dead from Sunday night crash on Highway 171 in Johnson County
Here is a quick update regarding the crash we posted last night on Highway 171.
Multiple emergency responders were called to a crash with reported vehicle fire and entrapment on Highway 171 between Cresson and Godley.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office conforms one person has died from this crash. The victim, identified as a 34-year-old man from Weatherford, died at the scene.
There are reports of an additional fatality from this wreck, but we have not confirmed those reports at this time.
