UPDATE: Homeless man dies at hospital after Fort Worth crash; six confirmed dead
Here is a quick update regarding the major accident with vehicle fire early Monday morning.
Fort Worth police confirm the homeless man who was burned when a vehicle crashed through his campsite and hit a tree has died. The man was airlifted to Parkland following the incident, but succumbed to his injuries early in the evening.
As reported, a total of five (5) deceased victims were located inside the charred vehicle, bringing the total number to six people who have died from the crash.
The investigation is still ongoing at this time.
