One dead, one seriously injured in multi-vehicle crash on I35E in Denton
The Denton Police Department is investigating a major accident involving multiple vehicles and one fatality on northbound I35E near State School Road.
Police and Fire responded to the crash around 11:50AM this morning. A total of three vehicles were involved.
One person has been declared deceased. One other people has been transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
All northbound lanes have been closed for over 2 hours while police investigate the scene. As of 2:54PM, the roadway is now open, but traffic remains slow.
