Female reported missing in Burleson on Sunday night found dead at home
The Burleson Police Department and the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office are investigating the death of a woman reported missing on Sunday evening, September 15th.
According to Burleson Police, officers took a report of a missing person on Sunday evening at around 5:30PM. Detectives went to her residence on Monday morning in the 500 block of NW Ann Lois Lane and discovered her deceased.
Police say her body was located on the exterior of the residence inside a wooden privacy fence.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office completed an autopsy of the body yesterday, and determined there were no signs of apparent trauma. Toxicology reports to rule the cause of death are currently pending.
There are rumors circulating that the woman was killed by a family member. At this time, those reports do not hold any merit.
