DPS troopers are investigating a major accident with fatality along Highway 171 outside of Cresson. The crash occurred yesterday at around 2:15PM.
Police say an 84-year-old male driver was traveling north on Highway 171 when he veered into oncoming traffic, struck a sign, and overturned. He was killed at the scene.
DPS says the driver may have suffered a medical incident before the crash.
