Driver dies after vehicle hits tree in Fort Worth
The Fort Worth Police Department is investigating a major accident with fatality in the 3600 block of E. Berry Street that occurred yesterday afternoon.
Police say a small SUV was traveling eastbound on Berry Street just east of Highway 287 when the driver failed to turn on a curve. The vehicle continued straight, going off the roadway and striking a tree.
The driver of the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene.
