Dead man found in woods near Grapevine apartments
The Grapevine Police Department has launched a homicide investigation after a deceased body was found earlier this morning in a wooded area.
Around 9:30AM this morning, police were called to the Wildwood Creek Apartments in the 800 block of E Dove Loop after a resident reported seeing a man lying face down in the adjacent woods.
Police confirmed the victim to be a 35-year-old male. They found evidence of foul play, but at this time do not have a cause of death.
At this time, police do not believe there is a danger to the public.
A homicide investigation is under way.
