UPDATE: Child airlifted to hospital after being hit by vehicle in Krum
At around 7:30PM this evening, Krum FD/EMS and PD were dispatched to a major accident involving a pedestrian in front of the Miguelito’s Mexican Restaurant at 1521 E. McCart Street / FM 1173.
Emergency responders located a pediatric patient that had been struck by a vehicle. They called for a medical helicopter to respond to the scene.
PHI Med 10 responded. They airlifted one patient to Cook Children’s Hospital with undisclosed injuries. The child’s condition has not been released.
Officials have not released any information at this time, but we will update below when they do.
