Teenager seriously injured after shots ring out during basketball game in Dallas
The Dallas Police Department responded to a shooting incident last night at the Davis Field House located in the 9100 block of Polk Street.
According to a video shared from the gym, shots were fired inside the venue and an 18-year-old was shot. A Dallas ISD police officer was also injured in the incident. After the shots were fired, players and spectators ran off the court and into safety.
Police say there was an altercation that led up to the shooting. They are currently looking for three persons of interest in this case, pictured below.
