The Arlington Police Department is investigating a major accident involving a fatality that occurred Thursday night near Pantego.
Police say a motorcyclist was traveling northbound on Bowen Road when a vehicle pulled out of a private business, causing a collision between the motorcycle and a vehicle.
The motorcyclist, now identified as a 54-year-old male from Arlington, was ejected from the motorcycle, and died at the scene.
Lanes of Bowen Road were closed just north of Park Row while police investigated the scene.
