Teenager shot and killed in Grand Prairie
The Grand Prairie Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred earlier this morning around 12:30AM at the Forum at Grand Prairie apartment complex, 2650 S. Forum Drive.
Officers located an adult male in the parking lot with an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to Medical City Arlington, but pronounced deceased. The victim has been identified as a 19-year-old male who lived at the apartment complex.
Grand Prairie PD does not believe it was a random encounter, and that the victim and the suspect may know each other. No arrests have been made in this case.
