Wet roads to blame for fatal Dallas crash
The Dallas Police Department is investigating a fatality accident that occurred early this morning on southbound Loop 12 at I30.
At around 6:10am, Dallas Fire Rescue and Police responded to the scene for a single vehicle crash.
Police say a vehicle was southbound on Loop 12 when the driver hydroplaned on the wet road and collided with a bridge support pillar. The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene by paramedics.
The crash remains under investigation.
