Pedestrian killed while running across Dallas freeway
At 1:57am this morning, Dallas Fire Rescue and Dallas County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on eastbound Interstate 30 near Jim Miller Road.
Officials say a pedestrian was attempting to run across the highway when they were fatally struck b y a vehicle.
The driver who struck the pedestrian remained at the scene and will not be facing any charges, DSO says.
The crash remains under investigation.
