The Little Elm Police Department is investigating a drowning incident at Lake Lewisville.
At 11:45AM, multiple emergency responders were called to the scene along Highway 380 east of FM 720 for a man that fell into the lake. He was reportedly fishing when he went overboard.
First responders located the body of a 70-year-old man in the water below. His body has been transported to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office for the official cause of death.
The incident remains under investigation.
