The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatality accident that occurred early Thursday morning in the westbound lanes of Interstate 20 near Markum Ranch Road.
Reports indicate a truck driver was outside of his rig along the highway when he was struck by a passing vehicle, possibly another 18-wheeler.
The truck driver was pronounced deceased on the scene just before 6:30AM.
He has been identified as a 65-year-old man from Village Mills, TX.
Officials with the TCSO have not released any information regarding this accident.
