The Richardson Police Department is investigating a fatality accident that occurred yesterday (Wednesday) evening along Central Expressway near the President George Bush Turnpike.
At around 8:10pm, Richardson Fire Department and Police Department were called to the scene of a crash involving a motorcycle on southbound Central Expressway.
Officials say a 25-year-old motorcyclist was traveling southbound on the highway when he attempted to quickly change multiple lanes. Police say he was in the right lane and was attempting to get all the way to the left lane.
The man lost control of his motorcycle and hit the center median. He fell off the motorcycle and was hit by two vehicles.
Paramedics pronounced the man deceased at the scene. Police say he was from Fairview.
Crash investigators continue their investigation.
